W12 Conferences are a conference centre in West London. They facilitate nearly 1000 successful conferences each year. In the same period, they also event-manage approximately 30 bespoke events (ranging from one to 15 days).
W12 Conference rebranded in April 2009 and needed to develop their marketing strategy to attract new business.
Focusing on the their main themes of unbeatable value, flexibility, their numerous facilities and location – Anti-Theatre in conjunction with Patch Media created a range of adverts and promotional materials to create further awareness of W12 Conferences.
For this we produced a range of flyers, magazine adverts and pop-up banners for their exhibition shows.
We also created flash banners to promote their latest offers as well as banners for specific events be held there.
